Problem:
By default, Adobe InDesign CS3 will print to RGB output devices using a vector print path, rather than rasterizing internally, and depends on the operating system to perform the rasterizing.
By default, InDesign CS3 is submitting PostScript data, and appears to be depending on some aspects of PostScript color management - but the color is getting mangled when picked up by the operating system.
Solution:
When printing, choose:
- File > Print
- Advanced section,
- Check the Print as Bitmap checkbox
